The Operations Board (Board of Directors)
The Strategists & Governors
The Operations Board is the governing body of Aspire of WNY. Members of this board are tasked with ensuring the agency’s operational excellence, legal compliance, and long-term strategic vision.
- Traditional Responsibilities: Fiduciary oversight, approving annual budgets, understanding agency-wide compliance and quality efforts/regulations, strategic planning, and supporting/evaluating executive leadership.
- Ideal Candidates: Leaders with backgrounds in business operations, law, human resources, data analytics, healthcare administration, or organizational strategy.

The Catalysts & Connectors
The Foundation Board serves as the philanthropic engine of Aspire of WNY. This board ensures that our cutting-edge programs, specialized technologies, and community integrations have the vital resources they need to thrive.
- Traditional Responsibilities: Spearheading fundraising campaigns, managing endowments, cultivating donor relationships, planning community outreach events, and acting as passionate ambassadors for the agency’s mission.
