Navigating and understanding the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) Front Door process and obtaining necessary authorization for services
Navigating and understanding our agency’s process for intake of all OPWDD Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Waiver. Our process has recently changed! After services are authorized, Care Coordinators/Care Managers are encouraged to download our updated guidelines below AND can now complete our application ONLINE!
Agency Outreach
Agency Outreach works to establish and grow relationships in the community with individuals, families, local business partners and other agencies.
Family Support Services (FSS) Jamestown Counseling Program
FSS provides professional, family-driven and flexible counseling services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their family members.
Helping Hands Grant Program
Helping Hands provides emergency and supplemental funding to individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities in the WNY area for a variety of needs that these individuals and/or their families cannot afford.
