Work in an EXCITING and MEANINGFUL field teaching children with developmental disabilities ages Pre-K to 21 years old at our Center for Learning in Cheektowaga, NY. 

We are currently seeking full time teacher assistants to join our team.

Responsibilities include working with individual students or groups of students on special instructional projects, assist the teacher with development of appropriate learning experiences and instructional materials and promotes a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent and has passed the New York State Teacher Certification Exam (ATAS)
• Minimum of Level 1 Teacher Assistant Certification

Hourly rate of pay: $18.60 – $18.83/hr
