Aspire of WNY is seeking a full time HR Specialist to assist with the administration of benefit plans including medical, dental, HRA, long and short term disability, life insurance and 403b plans. 

This position is responsible for handling employee benefit plan enrollment, questions, calculation of premiums and employee deductions. They would assist with the annual open enrollment process, coordinate employee perks such as discount programs, event tickets and memberships, conduct employee information presentations, oversee the processing of monthly billings, and serve as the primary contact for brokers, plan vendors and third party administrators. 

Minimum Qualifications –

  • Associate’s degree
  • 1 year of experience related to employee benefits and services
