Aspire of WNY is looking for someone in the Jamestown/Fredonia area to provide direct leadership for Community Based Supports to ensure people with developmental disabilities have the opportunities to make choices, develop and achieve, participate in the community, maintain good health and secure personal future, be treated with respect and dignity and experience relationships with family members, friends and neighbors.
This position is responsible for supervision of support staff, develop and write customized support plans, provides training opportunities for support staff and/or service participants, documentation and financial responsibilities.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Services or Health related discipline
- One (1) year experience working with Children/Youth
- One (1) year supervisory experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Valid NYS Driver’s License
