Aspire of WNY is seeking a Community Supports Coordinator. This role coordinates, manages and develops community based supports for individuals with developmental disabilities in both Erie and Chautauqua counties.

Responsibilities include oversite and monitoring of community based services, including development and implementation of customized support plans, person centered reviews and associated documentation of services.
Rate of pay: $62,300 – $70,000 annually
Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field
- Five (5) years experience in supervisory and/or coordinating activities in a human service agency
- Valid NYS drivers license
