Aspire of WNY’s Fredonia iXpress Aspiring Artists were buzzing with excitement as they geared up for their big adventure to the Buffalo Zoo—and their imaginations wasted no time getting there first!
In the iXpress studio, artists let their creativity run wild as they crafted funky, vibrant animal masterpieces using their puzzle-making and artistic talents. Each piece added its own spark of laughter, color, and jungle-inspired wonder to the studio!

Artists bounced ideas off one another, experimented with new techniques, and cheered each other on as their wildly original animals came to life. And finally, with their artwork proudly complete, the group headed to Erie County for a day at the Buffalo Zoo—bringing all that excitement with them! As they wandered through the exhibits and met the animals that inspired their pieces, they also had the chance to connect with new friends from the Tri-Main Co-Op Day Program, making the visit even more meaningful.

The artists walked away from this experience with awesome animal masterpieces—and brand-new friends.
We’re incredibly grateful for our staff whose creativity, support, and enthusiasm helped bring this entire experience to life! Their guidance ensured every artist felt encouraged, included, and inspired from the first brushstroke to the final stop at the zoo!
