Support Our Mission: Employee Appeal

We are honored that you have chosen to work at our organization, making an IMPACT on the lives of those with disabilities. As you work in your role, we invite you to explore ways you can support Aspire of WNY beyond the services you provide every day.

How You Can Make an Impact

Beyond your daily work, there are two powerful ways to further your support:

  • Make a Personal Contribution: Join your colleagues in the Employee Appeal by making a personal contribution.

  • The Power of Small Gifts: If every employee gave as little as $2 per pay period via payroll deduction, nearly $40,000 would be raised to support our programs and services.

  • Advocate for Aspire of WNY: Be proud of the work you do and the difference you make for children & adults with disabilities in WNY.

  • Share Your Story: Tell your family, friends, and neighbors about the IMPACT you make. The more they hear, the more likely they are to consider us in their charitable giving plans.

Ready to Give?

Choose the giving option that works best for you. You can set up a recurring contribution or make a one-time gift.

Option 1: Payroll Deduction

The easiest way to give! Select a per-pay-period amount to be continued until future notice. Once you know the amount that you want to give out of each paycheck, you can email:

Be sure to include these details: Employee Appeal & Amount

Peggie will then reach out with the paperwork you will have to submit to get your donations started from your payroll deduction.
