Aspire of WNY Senior Employment Specialists will conduct all “Life Plan” communication, meeting attendance, and follow-up to streamline processes, ensure accuracy, and maintain quality services.
Their responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling “Life Plan” Meetings
  • Acknowledgments of “Life Plans” and Communicating “Life Plan” Changes
  • Distributing Staff Action Plans

We also ask that you copy our specific coordinators on any communications to ensure timely follow-up and a cross-collaborative approach for the people we support.
