Aspire of WNY recently hosted our 7th annual Winterval fundraising event at Buffalo RiverWorks on January 29th. Despite the cold weather, many came together to spend time with family and friends while taking part in ice skating and curling.
For those who chose not to skate, there were still plenty of ways to join in the fun. Guests participated in raffles, including the basket raffle and Take a Chance Game, while others relaxed in our private upstairs space playing backyard games like cornhole and Jenga.
Attendees also enjoyed an amazing Buffalo style dinner featuring classic pierogies, wings, roast beef, and other local favorites. When the chill set in, everyone could warm up at a full hot cocoa and coffee bar complete with flavored syrups, marshmallows, and, of course, chocolate!
We are grateful to everyone who braved the cold to support this wonderful event.
