2022 Spirit of Giving

Aspire’s Spirit of Giving (formerly The Giving Tree) is an income and resource-based program intended to support individuals who are eligible for services with the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) in Erie, Niagara, Chautauqua and Cattaraugus Counties, who may need assistance providing a holiday for themselves and/or their families. We greatly appreciate your cooperation to limit your applicants to those that meet this criteria.

A few notes:

• The recipient’s entire family may be included on the application, however, only family members that live under the same roof as the recipient may be included.
• There is no age limit for recipients.
  
  **This year, we are, once again, extending eligibility to the first TWENTY-FIVE Individuals (and their families) who are currently eligible for developmental disability services with OPWDD but are not required to receive services from Aspire of WNY! 

•  These individuals must provide proof of eligibility with their application in addition to completing the indicated sections of the application that request family size and household income.
• These 25 individuals will be first come first serve with no exceptions.

In order to be considered in the 2022 Spirit of Giving, applications must be received by the Agency Outreach & Central Intake (AOCI) division no later than Friday October 28, 2022. PLEASE EMAIL ALL APPLICATIONS TO spiritofgiving@aspirewny.org.
