Aspire of WNY is excited to announce our Community BRIDGES program expansion to Fredonia, NY!
In recent years, our team has found that the people we support look for structured learning opportunities for independent living in our community habilitation programs. In response to that, Aspire of WNY created Community BRIDGES.
The word “BRIDGES” in this unique, small-group community habilitation program stands for Bridging Relationships, Integration, Dreams, Goals, and Equal Opportunity for Success. This program is a structured learning opportunity focused on community learning and connections.
For two years, the Community BRIDGES has only been offered in the Getzville, NY area. Now, after much success, we’re proud to expand the program in Chautauqua County, based initially out of:
Fredonia First United Methodist Church
25 Church Street
Fredonia, NY 14063
Then, as our participants become more independent, they will work and learn within the Fredonia and Dunkirk communities.
