Aspire of WNY is excited to announce the first of several updates to the agency’s Central Intake process! Effective immediately, all referrals for Home & Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waiver like Respite and Day Habilitation can be made online by visiting Aspire of WNY’s website.

In alignment with the agency’s Strategic Plan, “The Moss Project”, Aspire of WNY is committed to efficient data collection and leveraging that data to improve outcomes at every stage of our relationship with the individuals we support. This update, and those to follow, are specifically intended to further this goal. We hope to make the process of obtaining services from Aspire of WNY as seamless as possible for everyone involved.
It is important to note that all referrals for services must be made by a Care Coordinator/Care Manager, however, we are happy to answer any questions about our services, or the process to obtain them, by contacting our Central Intake Team at intake@aspirewny.org or (716) 838-0047 Option 1.
