Aspire’s Adult Development and Professional Training (ADAPT) Fashion is a boutique clothing closet located at the Aspire Training Academy which offers community based prevocational services while provides professional attire to the community. Donations from members of the community are received and processed by our ADAPT Interns; Brandi and Jenna are currently our expert fashionista’s.  They both have an interest in working retail and have been learning everything from laundry, folding with adaptive devices, inventory management and customer service.

Recently, Ramon from Aspire’s Adult Career and Continuing Education Services-Vocational Rehabilitation (ACCES VR) lost his job was in need of clothing for job development. His Employment Specialist Theresa immediately thought of ADAPT Fashions and reached out to her management team who quickly connected them with Brandi and Jenna. Sr. Employment Specialist Jennifer Young supported Brandi and Jenna in picking out professional attire after receiving Ramon’s sizes. They were excited and took on the challenge, picking out some suits and other options for him to attend a recent job fair. Ramon was well received at the job fair and because of this partnership is one step closer to landing that job.

We realize that when people with disabilities come prepared, dressed for the part with their unique talents and abilities there is no limit to their success!
