Gary is an absolute joy of an artist. His smile lights up the room and he likes to choose fun and interesting subjects to work with. One day it is a baby cow and the next a lobster floating in space. Gary has been with iXpress for many years and has created very impressive works. He is just as comfortable working with collage as he is in painting with acrylics or watercolors.
Speckled Crab was created by looking through several images of crabs with Gary choosing this cutie. He painted the background independently with neutral colors, adding a few dashes of color for fun. With the art facilitator’s assistance, he painted the crab with matching colors creating an abstract piece that is beyond adorable.
Gary had fun creating this piece and hopes you will enjoy it as much as he did making it!
