Aspire of Western New York has an exciting full time Workforce Development/Training Manager position available.

This position would be responsible for coordination of training for Aspire’s workforce and the daily operations of the Workforce Development Department. Responsibilities include supervision of training department staff, presents quality training programs, performs training and development needs assessments, ensures that all staff and volunteers receive appropriate orientation and training, identifies and reviews curriculum content and assists with the revision and enhancement of existing training programs.
Must be energetic, organized, motivated, comfortable presenting in front of a large audience and have a desire to help others learn and grow. Human service experience is a plus!
Requirements:

Associates degree
-
5 years experience in a training capacity
- Certified SCIP-R Instructor or have the ability to quickly acquire certification as an instructor
Pay: $23.95 – $28.31 per hour
