We are seeking a full time Vice President of Maintenance & Facilities to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsible for the oversight of the total property maintenance functions of Aspire of WNY facilities while providing direct or indirect supervision to maintenance and housekeeping staff. Provides oversight to outside vendors, monitors and purchases building supplies, construction materials and equipment.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree plus technical training in plant engineering, factory/plant maintenance, or commercial property management and three years of progressive experience and responsibility in a maintenance field. At least 3-5 years in a leadership role with demonstrated success leading multiple, cross functional teams in the maintenance field required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Technical training in plant engineering, factory/plant maintenance, commercial property management project management or related field
• Three years of progressive experience and responsibility in said field
• Three to five years in a leadership role with demonstrated success leading multiple, cross functional teams in the maintenance field
• Bachelors degree or more preferred

Salary: $108,000 – $128,000 annually
