Aspire of WNY is seeking a Full time Speech Pathology Supervisor to lead the Speech Therapy Department in a school setting located in Cheektowaga, NY. The Center for Learning provides services to students with disabilities, ages three to 21 years old.

Primary responsibility is to oversee the speech therapy services provided to students. This position would evaluate and assess speech, language and communication abilities and limitations using standardized and non-standardized procedures; develops and implements treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Foster a collaborative and supportive working environment among speech therapy staff.
• Lead and coordinate staff in our clinical programs/services

Required:

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
• NY State Speech Therapist license
• ASHA certification of Clinical Competence or eligibility required.

Salary: $67,500 – $88,000 annually
