Aspire is seeking a full-time Employee Leave of Absence Administrator to manage all aspects of employee leave of absences, short-term disability, FMLA and PFL, and all employee accidents and workers compensation claims to ensure compliance with related governing laws, regulations, regulatory agencies, bargaining unit agreement and Agency policy and procedure.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, risk management, human resources or related field with at least 4 years of related experience.
