Seeking a Coordinator of Development and Grant Making to work in a face-paced and collaborative environment. This new and exciting position will serve as lead position in Development and Grant Making for the organization, committed to Aspire’s Mission to support children and adults with developmental and similar disabilities, helping them to live their lives to the fullest by providing individualized assistance based on personal choices. This role will work with the President and CEO to design and implement a comprehensive development program to meet the immediate and long-term needs of the agency. Plans and executes implementation strategies for a planned giving program, all donor relations, and the expansion of both the agency’s general and initiative specific donor base, as well as work in conjunction with other teams throughout the agency. Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields plus three to five years of development experience in the not-for-profit human services field; or minimum B.S. Degree in Communications or Business-related field and three to five years public relations and/or development experience with a not-for-profit organization.
