Aspire’s supported employment program is called Individualized Career & Transition Services. ICTS works with individuals to help them identify and reach their vocational goals. We help people find jobs they like and do well. Services are highly individualized, matching each person’s interests and skills to the needs of the employer.

To ensure successful employment, a wide variety of supports are provided as needed, such as follow-along visits. ICTS helps create many benefits in the lives of those who use our services. Perhaps the strongest measure of success is increased confidence and self-esteem.
