Coordinated healthcare created especially for each individual is provided by Aspire’s medical team, which includes primary care providers, as well as a psychiatrist, neurologist and podiatrist. Medical staff members are experts in their respective fields and work together as a team to provide top-of-the line, quality care.

We assure continuity of care through our 24 hour on-call service. Comprehensive coordination with outside leading physicians and specialists is available when needed. Aspire provides highly individualized care to meet the multiple and special needs of disabled adults.

• Wheelchair evaluations, ordering and fitting.
• Orthotic services to help prevent further contractures and deformity, enhance ambulation, and maintain optimal functioning.
• Spasticity evaluation/medication trials.
• Adaptive equipment evaluation and ordering of supplies though Occupational Therapy.
• Occupational, Speech, Physical Therapies.
