Aspire coordinates services that the student's transition team identifies as needed to support the student and the Transition Plan. Builds relationship over time so the student has the opportunity to have the same service coordinator as an adult.

Aspire's Technology Services mean that successful transition can be achieved when students are able to retain and use assistive technology devices and services without interruption during the transition period. Services include assessment, training, and high school equivalency and adult basic education (GED/ABE).
